Your Rights Under UK GDPR

1. Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how and why we process it. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. This is free of charge.

2. Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data. We will act on valid requests within one month.

3. Right to Erasure

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where: it is no longer necessary for the purposes collected; you withdraw consent; you object to processing and there is no overriding legitimate ground; it has been unlawfully processed. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

4. Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request we temporarily stop processing your data while an accuracy dispute, objection, or unlawful processing concern is resolved.

5. Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated, you have the right to receive your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format and to transfer it to another controller.

6. Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests or the processing is for legal claims.

7. Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we process data based on your consent (e.g. newsletters), you may withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions

You have the right not to be subject to decisions made solely by automated processing that have a significant effect on you. We do not use automated decision-making in ways that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
